For as long as I can remember, probably going back to High School, I always had an interest in Real Estate.
So after working in Corporate America for 2 years, I decided to dive into Real Estate, learn as much as I can, and start a business that would provide a valuable service.
Fast forward to today, and our Company is made up of people who believe in our Purpose, live our Core Values (see below), and want to help people with their real estate needs.

Alex Pardo
Visionary
After graduating from Florida International University in 2002, Alex accepted a position in GE’s Financial Management Program. He quickly realized he would not be able to help others by working for someone else, so in 2005, he founded Creative RE-Solutions, LLC, and began working with homeowners who needed a quick and painless solution to their real estate needs.
Since then, he has has bought and sold more than 320 properties, and has helped countless homeowners by providing real estate solutions.
Alex’s motto has always been to help others by adding as much value as possible…
Adrian Lyew
Chief Operating Officer
Active in real estate investing since 2010, Adrian enjoys building 2 things in particular: systems and relationships.
He coordinates all outbound marketing and heads up the sales side of Creative RE-Solutions, LLC, where we sell our always priced-to-sell properties.
